1.    Season most points:                     Team and Individual
2.    Season low average net score:     Individual (must play in 60% of outings to qualify)
3.    Weekly hole prizes:                     Determined by number of players
4.    Tournament champions

Handicap System

Existing handicaps are carried over from last season.  Handicaps are figured on the average of five previous adjusted scores with the high and low average scores removed.  The USGA equitable stroke control will be used to figure maximum strokes per hole.  Maximum handicap for this league is 25.  (See League Notebook for more detailed explanation of handicap calculation.)

New Players

New league players must submit five or more 9-hole scores to get a handicap before the

season starts (scorecards from previous season okay).  For those players submitting fewer

than five scores, a score of 36 for up to five rounds will be placed in the handicap calculator.

Scoring
Individuals and teams play against the field and receive 2 points for each golfer/team beat,        and one point for each golfer/team tied (net score).  The sum of each player's net score equals their team net score.  To speed play, individuals should pick up after reaching twice par.

Substitutes and No Shows

Substitutes are allowed during regular season play.  Team points earned go to the team; individual points earned go to the substitute. When there is only one player per team, a 'ghost' substitute will be used.  'Ghost' substitutes have a handicap of zero and score bogeys on the first 5 handicap holes.  (Suggest you find a sub. Sub list will be posted on bulletin board.  League members will find their own sub.)

League entry fee:                                   $20 per individual  (payable 1st day of play)

Weekly hole prize (optional):                 $1 per individual  (paid weekly)
